Instructions
1. Slice the beef. Sort the onions, rinse them, and slice them into rounds.
Peel and chop the garlic.
2. Heat the oil in a sauté pan and brown the beef on all sides, stirring constantly.
Add the onions and garlic, let simmer.
3. Peel and dice the cucumber and carrots. Add them to the beef.
4. Pour in the beef broth and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream and horseradish, season with salt and pepper.
Add the fresh herbs. Serve with mashed potatoes.
