Farfalle with porcini mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the farfalle al dente in salted boiling water. Drain them.
  • 2.   Sort and wash the porcini mushrooms, pat them dry, and cut them into pieces. Sauté them in hot butter.
    Sort the onions, rinse them, slice them, add them to the mushrooms, and let them simmer for 2 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the heavy cream and vegetable broth, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve the farfalle with this sauce.

  • 500 g of porcini mushroom
  • 4 tablespoon of butter
  • ½ bunch of green onion
  • 250 ml of heavy cream
  • 200 ml of vegetable broth
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
