Ground Meat and Chinese Cabbage Stir-Fry

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and mince the garlic. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and dice them.
    Rinse the onions and cut the stems into large beveled sections.
    Clean the cabbage and cut it into strips.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in a skillet or wok.
    Sauté the ground meat for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a fork.
    Add the garlic, bell peppers, and onions.
    Simmer while stirring regularly.
    Add the cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
    Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
  • 3.   Rinse the cilantro, pat it dry, and chop it, then add it to the mixture.

  • ½ bunch of green onion
  • 400 g of Chinese cabbage (Pe-tsai)
  • 3 tablespoon of oil
  • 400 g of ground meat
  • 5 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • ½ bunch of fresh coriander
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
