Danette-style Caramel Cream with a Companion

Instructions

  • 1.   In your bowl equipped with the mixer, put all the ingredients, EXCEPT the cream, and start the dessert cream program at 90°C speed 5 for 12 minutes without the cap.
  • 2.   Add the cream and mix for a few seconds.
  • 3.   Divide the cream into 6 small ramekins and cover with plastic wrap.
  • 4.   The cream will still be quite liquid, but it will thicken in the fridge.
  • 5.   Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Ingredients for servings

  • 40 g of sugar
  • 25 g of cornstarch
  • 6 tablespoon of liquid caramel
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 2 tablespoon of heavy cream
