Turkey cutlets with mashed potatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Tenderize the cutlets with a mallet, season with salt and pepper.
    Sear them for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side in hot oil.
    Remove them and keep them warm.
  • 2.   Deglaze the cooking juices with white wine, let it reduce a little.
    Mix it with heavy cream.
    Thicken if necessary with cornstarch before seasoning.
  • 3.   Prepare the mashed potatoes with vegetable broth following the instructions on the package.
    Add diced pumpkin (canned, for example) with 2 tablespoons of its juice and sour cream, mix.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve with the turkey cutlets and the sauce.

  • 150 ml of white wine
  • 150 ml of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (optional)
  • 1 bag of instant mashed potatoes
  • 250 ml of vegetable broth
  • 100 g of pumpkin (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
