Cake with cocoa powder and without eggs

Here is a very simple recipe for a chocolate cake made from pantry staples. This cake is as easy as it is delicious.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    (With a good stand mixer and the K beater attachment, you can put everything in the bowl except the milk and slowly add it. Otherwise, follow the steps below.)
  • 2.   In a mixing bowl, place the softened butter and whisk it to soften it further. Add the sugar and mix.
  • 3.   Add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix well and finish by adding the milk until you have a smooth batter.
  • 4.   Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Check the doneness with a knife blade.

  • 30 cl of milk
  • 1 bag of baking powder
