Carrot and herb cottage cheese patties

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the onions.
    Peel and finely grate the carrots and potatoes.
    Chop the pumpkin seeds.
    Prepare the herb mixture by finely chopping (for example) parsley, chives, burnet, lemon balm, watercress, sorrel, etc...
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the onions, carrots, and potatoes with the flour, grated cheese, pumpkin seeds, and eggs.
    Season with salt, pepper, coriander, and curry.
    Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in butter until crispy.
  • 3.   Make the dip sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
    Serve the patties with the sauce.

  • 2 onions
  • 400 g of carrot
  • 150 g of potato
  • 50 g of flour
  • 40 g of grated cheese
  • 30 g of pumpkin seed
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon of curry powder
  • 3 tablespoon of butter
  • Pour la sauce DIP :
  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 150 g of yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon of paprika
  • 6 tablespoon of fine herbs
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
