Carrot and Semolina Gratin with Cumin

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them. Cook them covered in the microwave for 3 minutes on high power, with 2 tablespoons of water. Drain them in a colander.
  • 2.   Whisk the eggs with the cream and milk, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the semolina, grated carrots, and cumin. Mix well.
  • 3.   Pour the mixture into a gratin dish, sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese, then bake for 7 minutes on high power in the microwave.
