Instructions

  • 1.   Start by cutting the chicken (it is obviously possible to only buy chicken breasts...), slice the shallots.
  • 2.   In a pot, sauté the chicken pieces in butter over medium heat. When they are browned, add the shallots.
  • 3.   After 2 minutes, add the flour, wine, and water.
  • 4.   Mix everything together to obtain a homogeneous sauce, cover and let cook for 30 minutes.
  • 5.   Add the lemon juice and fresh cream, mix and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve accompanied by rice or fresh pasta.

  • 10 cl of white wine
  • 20 cl of water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 10 g of salted butter

    The only downside is that I didn't have shallots, so I used chives instead and it's still good????????
