Tuna tapenade pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Put the pasta in a large pot
  • 2.   Slice the onion
  • 3.   Chop the garlic clove
  • 4.   Add all the ingredients except the mint, finishing with the water
  • 5.   Cook for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly
  • 6.   Add the mint
  • 7.   There should be 2cm of liquid left at the end

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can replace the tuna and olive oil with tuna fillets in olive oil

  • 150 g of cherry tomato
  • 400 g of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 400 g of tuna fillet in olive oil (optional)
  • 90 g of olive tapenade
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 25 leaf of fresh mint
  • 75 cl of water
  • pepper (according to taste)
