Capriciosa Pizza

A pizza by Luana Belmondo.

Pizza Ham

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 240°C (464°F). Place a baking sheet in the oven (it should be hot to receive the pizza).
  • 2.   Sprinkle a sheet of parchment paper on the work surface. Place the pizza dough on it.
  • 3.   Spread the tomato sauce over the entire surface of the dough, leaving a 2 cm (0.8 inch) border. Sprinkle with fresh oregano, torn white ham, sliced mushrooms, and torn mozzarella.
  • 4.   Slide the pizza onto the hot baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with artichokes and olive oil. Enjoy.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 20 cl of tomato coulis
  • 150 g of button mushroom
  • 100 g of white ham
  • 100 g of mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 stalk of fresh oregano
  • 6 artichoke hearts
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
