Capricious pizza

A pizza by Luana Belmondo.

Pizza Ham

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 240 ° C. Bake a baking sheet (it must be hot to receive the pizza).
  • 2.   Flower a sheet of baking paper on the worktop. Place the pizza dough on top.
  • 3.   Spread the tomato coulis over the entire surface of the dough, leaving a 2 cm edge. Sprinkle with fresh oregano, torn ham, mushrooms cut into thick slices and divide the torn mozzarella.
  • 4.   Slide the pizza onto the hot baking sheet and bake for 15 min.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with artichokes and olive oil. Taste.
