Light Leek and Bacon Quiche

Quiches are always convenient because they are quick to make and delicious! Here's a light recipe, perfect for a dinner meal!

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook your leeks in a pan with a little bit of butter.
  • 2.   Mix flour+eggs+milk.
  • 3.   In your pie dish, pour the quiche mixture, then the leeks, and finally place the bacon slices on top.
  • 4.   Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
