Etorki Cheese, Tomato, and Turkey Ham Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1:
  • 2.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and 3 eggs. Step 2:
  • 3.   Add the milk and oil, and mix until you have a smooth batter. Stir in cubes of Etorki cheese. Step 3:
  • 4.   Add the diced turkey ham and tomatoes to the batter. Step 4:
  • 5.   Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Step 5:
  • 6.   Bake for fifty minutes. Check for doneness with a knife.
