Leek and Chorizo Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • 2.   Wash and slice the leeks. Slice the chorizo.
  • 3.   In a frying pan, sauté the leeks in olive oil. Then add the chorizo slices.
  • 4.   In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, salt, grated cheese, and pepper. Set aside the mixture.
  • 5.   Unroll the pie crust and place it in a tart pan. Add the leek and chorizo mixture, then pour the tart mixture on top. Bake for 35 minutes.
