Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the shallot. Cut the chorizo into slices. Cut the chicken into cubes. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cube in water.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, put the butter and start the browning function. When the butter is melted, add the shallot and chicken, and let them brown for 2 minutes. Add the rice and continue browning for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice becomes translucent. Add the white wine and let it brown for another 2 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the chorizo slices, chicken broth, salt, and pepper, then start the pressure cooking for 12 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

  • 600 ml of water
