Tuna Soufflé

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
    Make a béchamel sauce with the butter and flour, then add the milk and egg yolks. Add the tuna.
  • 2.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Gently fold them into the mixture.
  • 3.   Finally, pour the mixture into a soufflé dish and bake for 50 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Cooker cooking:
    Pour the mixture into the dish, filling it up to a maximum of 3 cm from the edge.

    Place the covered dish in the steamer basket.

    Pour 180ml of water into the cooker pot and place the steamer basket inside.

    Cook on the rapid setting for 35 minutes.

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of flour
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 150 g of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • salt (according to taste)
