Potato and Ham Gratin Soufflé

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Peel them and prepare a mashed potato with butter and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper and add a little grated nutmeg.
  • 3.   Add the egg yolks, diced ham, and grated cheese. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites.
  • 4.   Pour the mixture into a buttered soufflé dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes.
  • 5.   Serve immediately.

  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 20 g of butter
