Sautéed Coquillettes with Ham and Parmesan

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the zucchini. Cut it, as well as the ham, into small cubes. Chop the herbs and arugula.
  • 2.   Heat the butter and 2 tablespoons of water in the wok. Add the coquillettes and ham and sauté them for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the herbs and arugula. Mix and adjust the seasoning to taste.
  • 3.   Divide the pasta into plates or serving bowls and sprinkle them with grated Parmesan. Serve immediately.

  • ½ teaspoon of Provence herb
  • 1 handful of arugula (optional)
  • 20 g of light butter
  • 200 g of small shell pasta
  • 20 g of grated parmesan
  • salt (according to taste)
