Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and peel the Swiss chard. Separate the stems from the leaves and cut them into very small pieces. Place them in 2 separate microwave-safe dishes. Pour a glass of water into each dish, cover with a lid, and cook on high power for 8 minutes for the stems and 3 minutes for the green leaves.
  • 2.   Peel and dice the onion. Heat the wok with oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes until they become translucent. Add the Swiss chard and garlic, cook on low heat until the stems are tender and crispy.
  • 3.   Pour the cream over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • 4.   Cook the soft-boiled eggs and serve.
