Instructions

  • 1.   In a large pot, pour olive oil, add pasta, tomatoes, minced onion, olives, basil, and salt. Add water and mix. Bring to a boil and let cook for the time indicated on the pasta package (about 10 to 12 minutes).
  • 2.   Serve the pasta in shallow bowls, sprinkle with a mixture of 5 spices and grated Parmesan cheese.

  • 10 black olives
  • 5 teaspoon of basil
  • 300 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan
