Ham Mousse Blinis

Blinis are small, thick pancakes of Slavic origin that are perfect as a base for all kinds of spreads, so for today, here's a nice, pretty, and very quick recipe for blinis, but this time with ham mousse.

Instructions

  • 1.   1) For the blinis: Mix all the ingredients together. Let the batter rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • 2.   Pour small portions of batter into a hot pan. When the tops of the blinis start to form holes, flip them over and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3.   2) For the ham mousse: Blend the ham with the cottage cheese and Boursin cheese. Add the freeze-dried parsley and a few turns of the pepper mill.
  • 4.   Put the ham mousse in a piping bag and pipe onto the blinis.

  • 1 pearl milk yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of Type 45 flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 100 g of Boursin
  • 150 g of slice of ham
  • 2 tablespoon of cottage cheese

  • parsley (according to taste)
