Chorizo Spaghetti

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion and bell pepper. Wash and peel the zucchini and carrots, then cut them into strips using a peeler. Sauté the vegetables in a pan with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes.
  • 2.   Add the chorizo, cut into small pieces, and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and mix it with the preparation.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with chives or basil and serve immediately.
