Express Tuna Casserole

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Peel the onion and slice it. Sauté it with olive oil for 2 minutes in a sauté pan. When it is golden, add the sliced bell pepper, tuna and its juice, peeled tomatoes, and chili pepper.
  • 2.   2. Let it simmer covered for 5 minutes, then uncovered for another 5 minutes to thicken the sauce. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.

  • 200 g of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 1 crushed tomato
  • 1 g of red chili pepper
  • 1 canned white beans (drained weight)

  • parsley (according to taste)
