Instructions

  • 1.   Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, dissolve the bouillon cube in it, pour in the rice and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and keep warm. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a non-stick skillet, sweat the onions over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the pepper strips and continue cooking for 4 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with garlic. Pour in the tomato pulp and 100 ml of water, simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with coriander. Keep warm.
  • 2.   Bring water to a boil, poach the poultry sausages in it for 3 minutes at a gentle simmer. Keep them in the hot water. Peel the bananas, cut them into thick slices. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan, sauté the banana slices over high heat for 1 minute, sprinkle with turmeric and pepper. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
  • 3.   Pour the vegetable mixture in the center of a shallow dish. Scatter the banana slices as you go. Arrange the rice around it. Slice the poultry sausages and place them on top. Serve hot.

  • 230 g of tomato pulp
  • 3 teaspoon of fresh coriander
  • 4 Strasbourg sausages
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
