Quick Choco Coco

• Melt the butter in the milk in the microwave. • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and coconut. Add the eggs and then the warm milk, and mix. • Pour half of the batter into the mold, spread the chocolate chips evenly, and finish with the remaining batter. • Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave (650W).
