Light Raspberry Tiramisu

Instructions

  • 1.   Dip the biscuits in coffee quickly to soak them. Then crumble them into the bottom of your glasses.
  • 2.   Mix the cottage cheese and sweetener and add them on top of the biscuits in the glasses. Finally, add the raspberries on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • 3.   Serve chilled.
