Instructions

  • 1.   Chop the onion and garlic. Monder and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Detail the peppers into strips.
  • 2.   Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a casserole dish. Brown onions, garlic and peppers. Cook for 5 min.
  • 3.   Add the tomatoes to the casserole, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 20 min.
  • 4.   In a frying pan, brown the pieces of salted and peppered chicken in the olive oil.
  • 5.   When golden, add to vegetables, cover, add bouquet garni and white wine and leave for 35 min of cooking.
