Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes pale. Add the melted butter, yogurt, flour, baking powder, and rum.
  • 2.   Peel and dice the apples into medium-sized pieces and add them to the mixture. Gently mix.
  • 3.   Grease the cake pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • 4.   Serve warm or cold.

    Hello I do this often and I add a yogurt that I did not notice at the origin of the recipe.
