Warm goat cheese salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Grill the bread slices before rubbing them with the garlic clove. Spread a very thin layer of honey.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Cut the cheeses in half to make 1 cm (0.4 inch) slices. Wrap each slice of cheese with two slices of bacon, one in one direction and the other in the opposite direction.
    On the plate, arrange a bed of salad (cleaned and dried) with sliced tomato and walnut kernels.

    On a baking sheet, place the honey-coated bread slices with the wrapped cheese slices of bacon.

    Bake for about fifteen minutes at 180°C (350°F). Monitor the cooking process.
    Prepare the vinaigrette and drizzle it over the salad just before serving.
    Plate the salad by pouring the vinaigrette over it and placing the melted goat cheese toasts. Serve immediately.

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 handful of pine nut
  • 1 handful of walnut
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 8 slice of smoked pork belly
  • 1 vinaigrette
