Pasta gratin

A great way to use up leftover pasta. Everyone loves it, it's quick and cheap. You can also cook the pasta "al dente" specifically and drain it.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Bring the cream to a boil in a small saucepan, then set it aside.
  • 2.   Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
  • 3.   Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to the package instructions, to keep them "al dente".
  • 4.   Drain them and pour them into a large gratin dish.
  • 5.   Pour the cream over the pasta, then sprinkle with small pieces of garlic and grated cheese.
  • 6.   Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot.

Ingredients for servings

  • 320 g of pasta
  • 3 tablespoon of thick sour cream
  • 100 g of emmental
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
