Pineapple Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, then coat them in a mixture of cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Sauté them in oil and let them cook for 5 minutes.

    Add ginger powder and pineapple. Mix and let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Thin out with soy sauce and a large glass of water. Add a tablespoon of cornstarch previously diluted in pineapple juice.

    Put back on the heat for 5 minutes.

  • Serve with rice.

  • 600 g of chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 250 g of pineapple
  • 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon of pineapple juice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
