Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, then coat them in a mixture of cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Sauté them in oil and let them cook for 5 minutes.
Add ginger powder and pineapple. Mix and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Thin out with soy sauce and a large glass of water. Add a tablespoon of cornstarch previously diluted in pineapple juice.
