Express Pizza (on a tortilla)

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
    Spread the tomato sauce mixed with salt and garlic on the tortilla.
  • 2.   Top with all desired ingredients (frozen ingredients should be thawed beforehand).
    Note: Nutritional yeast has a cheesy flavor. It replaces parmesan cheese here but should be added AFTER cooking.
  • 3.   Bake (and add the nutritional yeast at the end of cooking if desired).

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 5 tablespoon of tomato coulis
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ red onions
  • 1 mushroom
  • 50 g of artichoke heart
  • 1 handful of frozen spinach (optional)
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of brewer's yeast
