1. Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
Spread the tomato sauce mixed with salt and garlic on the tortilla.
2. Top with all desired ingredients (frozen ingredients should be thawed beforehand).
Note: Nutritional yeast has a cheesy flavor. It replaces parmesan cheese here but should be added AFTER cooking.
3. Bake (and add the nutritional yeast at the end of cooking if desired).
