White cheese with mango, banana, and strawberry crumble

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and cut all the fruits into pieces.
    In 4 dessert glasses, place the white cheese and the fruit pieces.
    Crumble the Breton biscuits and sprinkle them on top of each preparation.
    Serve chilled.
    To keep the biscuit crispy, prepare this dessert just before serving.
