Instructions

  • 1.   First, peel and grate the carrot. Slice the endives thinly, as well as the Chinese cabbage. Wash and cut the apple into small pieces.
  • 2.   Cut your cheese if desired, then mix everything together. Finally, add some crushed walnuts and sesame seeds.
  • 3.   Now, make the vinaigrette: mix the honey and mustard, then add the oil while vigorously stirring until the sauce forms.
  • 4.   Enjoy with poached eggs, warm goat cheese toasts, or in a good buddha bowl ;)

  • 2 small chicory
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed
  • 30 g of walnut
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 15 g of honey
  • 6 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
