Pineapple Shrimp Wok

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the Chinese noodles and cook according to the instructions on the package.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel, wash with cold water, and pat dry the shrimp. Remove the skin and core of the pineapple, then cut the flesh into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the sunflower oil in a wok over high heat. When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic to the wok and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the peeled shrimp, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Sauté everything for 5 minutes, stirring well. Then add the pineapple cubes, stir, and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3.   Once the Chinese noodles are cooked, remove them from the heat, drain them in a colander, and add them to the shrimp and pineapple wok. Stir everything well and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
  • 4.   Serve this pineapple shrimp wok immediately in plates and enjoy.
