Light Tuna Quiche

Serving: 137 Calories. If you're not a fan of light products, you can replace the reduced-fat gruyere with regular and use full-fat sour cream: the recipe will then amount to 207 Calories per serving, which is still reasonable from a dietary perspective. If you find it hard to imagine a quiche without a crust, you can make a light shortcrust pastry by mixing 300 g of flour and 150 g of reduced-fat butter while diluting with a little warm skimmed milk. Work the dough well until it becomes soft and homogeneous in texture.
