Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   Whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes frothy.
  • 3.   Add the almonds and flour, then mix. Shape the dough into two not too thick loaves.
  • 4.   Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the loaves on it.
  • 5.   Bake for 35 minutes, until they are golden brown.
  • 6.   Cut into regular slices of about 2 cm (0.8 inches) and let cool.
