Chicken with Apricots and Onion Soup

Instructions

. Preheat your oven to 425°F (210°C).

. Arrange the 4 chicken thighs in a baking dish.

. Dissolve the dehydrated onion soup in a little apricot syrup, then pour over the chicken.

. Pour the remaining apricot juice and the apricots over the chicken thighs.

. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, checking the cooking progress.
