Provençal Vegetable Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Do the same with the zucchini. Wash and slice the tomatoes as well.
  • 2.   Arrange all the vegetables in a gratin dish: a layer of potatoes, then a layer of zucchini, then a layer of tomatoes, and finally a layer of cream. Arrange the sliced goat cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with rosemary.
  • 3.   Bake for 50 minutes. When the gratin is nicely browned and the vegetables are cooked through, remove from the oven and serve immediately.

  • 30 g of thick sour cream
  • 2 stalk of thyme
