Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Sauté the bacon in a non-stick skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix together the egg, milk, and cream until smooth. Then, add the flour and mix again until the batter is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Add the crispy bacon and grated emmental cheese to the batter and mix.
  • 5.   Pour the mixture into a greased individual tart pan or one lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, as cooking times may vary depending on the oven. Serve warm or cold.
