Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3.   Spread the tomato paste on top.
  • 4.   Clean and cut the zucchini into thin strips using a mandoline.
  • 5.   Peel and finely chop the onion.
  • 6.   Peel and cut the beet into thin slices using a mandoline.
  • 7.   Spread the vegetables on the dough, along with the olives, and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
  • 8.   Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • 9.   Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 10.   Serve hot.

  • 2 cooked beetroots
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 g of grated mozzarella
  • 1 tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 12 green olives
  • salt (according to taste)
