Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • 2.   Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3.   Spread the tomato paste on top.
  • 4.   Clean and cut the zucchini into thin strips, using a mandolin.
  • 5.   Peel and finely chop the onion.
  • 6.   Peel and cut the beet in thin slices, using a mandolin.
  • 7.   Distribute the vegetables on the dough as well as the olives and sprinkle with grated Gruyere.
  • 8.   Salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  • 9.   Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 10.   Serve hot.
