Beef Curry in the Thermomix

Here is a recipe for beef curry in the Thermomix, a spicy and delicious beef dish straight from India. This recipe is ideally served with basmati rice, or accompanied by cheese naan or pita bread. If you want your dish to be more flavorful, add 3 tablespoons of curry instead of 2. For the beef stock, I recommend using the one from the green book "My Everyday Thermomix". Cook your basmati rice in a separate saucepan as indicated on the packaging when you reach step #7. Display the recipe as on my Thermomix.
