Salmon and leek quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • 2.   Cut the salmon into cubes.
  • 3.   Wash the leeks, cut them into rounds, and cook them for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain them very carefully.
  • 4.   Beat the whole eggs, add the heavy cream and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Unroll the pastry in a pie dish while keeping the baking paper.
  • 6.   Place the salmon cubes and leek rounds on the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over it.
  • 7.   Bake the salmon and leek quiche in your oven for about 30 minutes.
