Ham, Cheese, and Olive Pizza

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F).
  • 2.   Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3.   Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
  • 4.   Cut the ham into squares and place it on the pizza.
  • 5.   Cut the mozzarella and goat cheese into pieces and place them on the pizza.
  • 6.   Add pitted olives.
  • 7.   Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
  • 8.   Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • 50 g of green olive
