Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and chop the parsley.
  • 2.   In a bowl, marinate the peeled shrimp tails with olive oil mixed with a teaspoon of curry.
  • 3.   Cook the lentils in water with carrots and a generous teaspoon of curry for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Pour the cooked lentils into serving plates. Add the parsley, garlic, marinated shrimp, and olive oil with curry.
