Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onions on the golden mode.

    Add the leek greens and cook for 1 minute, then add the diced potatoes, water with the bouillon cube, and season.

    Cook on low heat after reaching a gentle boil.
    Stop cooking when the potatoes are tender.

    Then blend everything together.
