1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, add the eggs, then the oil and milk while whisking.
3. Cut the tomato into small cubes, removing the seeds, as well as the goat cheese.
4. Add them to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
5. Sauté the bacon in a pan for 5 minutes.
6. Add them to the cake batter along with the chosen herbs.
7. Pour into a greased loaf pan, bake for 45 minutes. Monitor the end of cooking.
8. If necessary, cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Check for doneness with a dry knife blade.
