Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Wipe them with the cloth. Cook in a frying pan over low heat with the bacon cut into small pieces, crushing with a fork. If you have opted for hash browns, pour the packet into the pan with the bacon and follow the recipe.
  • 2.   Cut the cantal in small dice and add them in the pan before the potatoes do not brown.
  • 3.   Melt for a few minutes, then add the crushed garlic. When the whole is spinning, the truffle is ready to serve.
