Chicken Stew with Potatoes and Carrots
A recipe that kids love and warms little bellies in the winter. The preparation is simple and quick.

Instructions

. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Peel the carrots and slice them into not too thin rounds.

. Peel and finely chop the onion. Melt it in a cast iron pot with the margarine.

. Add the chosen meat and brown it with the onions. Add the potatoes and carrots, then cover everything with water.

. Add the ingredients for the bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf, and cloves). Let it simmer for 2 hours.
5
. Season with salt and pepper about 30 minutes before the end of cooking.
