Instructions

  • 1.   Roll out the dough.
  • 2.   Scrape the rind of the Maroilles cheese (do not remove it). Cut it into thin slices and place them on the dough.
  • 3.   Add some cream mixed with an egg yolk. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
  • 4.   Bake for about 10 minutes in a hot oven (th 8 / 240°C).
